We love to travel (both domestically and internationally). Our favorite vacation spot within The United States is Walt Disney World! Disney World definitely keeps us young! We love riding all of the rides and eating "around the world" at Epcot. We love going as a couple, but our favorite memories are when family and friends have come too. Seeing a child experience Disney for the first time is absolutely magical. We can't wait for our little one to experience Disney with us too.

Our favorite international destination is Aruba. They call it “One Happy Island” and that it is! We love the beautiful beaches and the family atmosphere. We enjoy staying at the many Marriott resorts - which are timeshare locations that are family-friendly. We love snorkeling, lounging on the beach, relaxing at the pool, as well as site-seeing. The water is so calm that it looks like glass. We are so excited to have these amazing experiences as a family.

Katie About Greg:

Greg is my very best friend. He is loyal, loving, honest, protective, hardworking, and has such an amazing sense of humor. He's always making me laugh and we have so much fun together. Greg is also an amazing cook. He loves cooking from Julia Child's French cookbook as well as smoking some awesome BBQ with the smoker. He is loved so deeply by our nephews and nieces - they love visiting and playing with Uncle Greg. Greg is always calm and able to see the best in every situation. He is also able to offer sound advice in all situations, which is one of the many reasons I know that Greg will be an exceptional father.

Greg About Katie:

Katie is the light of my life. She’s loving, honest, caring, and passionate. I enjoy spending time with her, even if it's just to sit and watch a movie. Katie is a very talented baker. She makes beautiful cakes and creative cupcake designs. She's always ready, willing, and excited to make cakes for all of our families' most special occasions. Katie is always there for family and friends whenever they need her. Her dedication to her family is just one of the many reasons that I know will make her a great mother.

We have four dogs; three Pugs, Mya, Stella, & Milo, and an English Bulldog, Gia. Our dogs are such a huge part of our family and have been like our children for the last 16.5 years. We love taking walks around the neighborhood, heading to the park, and playing in our yard. Our dogs especially love when our nephews and nieces come to visit and/or spend the night. Our dogs enjoy giving lots of kisses during those visits. With the addition of our new pool, we have discovered a new favorite activity for our pups during the summer. All of the dogs enjoy the new pool, but in different ways. Gia enjoys getting in and out of the pool, at her leisure, and playing with her ball in the sun ledge. Stella relaxes by floating on a pink raft while we push her around the pool. Mya enjoys taking naps under the umbrella while Milo loves sunbathing on a lounge chair or by the water’s edge. We are so excited to have this child grow up loving animals as we did as children.

We live in a sought-after community in South Central Pennsylvania. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a finished basement, which we made into a play area and movie room. Last summer we decided to have a pool installed. This turned out to be an even better decision since we’ve been blessed with so many family gatherings this summer. Even our one-year-old nephew enjoys sitting in the 9-inch-deep sun ledge area with his toys!

Our neighborhood is the perfect size, with many families that have children ranging from newborn to college-aged. The local elementary school is right around the corner from our community. Just a short walk away, there is a beautiful park with baseball and soccer fields, a pond, and a beautiful wooden playground that even has water misters in the summer. In August, our community hosts a “summer fun day” that includes face painting, bounce houses, a children’s power wheel parade, and the day ends with fireworks and a movie under the stars. Our community is centrally located to many amusement parks, zoos/aquariums, and various other enjoyable family-oriented experiences.

We enjoy having a large close-knit family. We spend every holiday together, as well as many spur of the moment visits and sleepovers with our nephews and nieces. We have many family traditions but our two favorites are the Fall Festival and Christmas Eve. In October at the Fall Festival, we all get together to paint pumpkins, get our faces painted, listen to the band, stuff a scarecrow, enjoy a hay ride, and watch the local blacksmith work. Our second favorite family tradition is spending Christmas Eve at Katie's Grandparent’s home. We enjoy a nice family meal together before joyfully exchanging gifts by the warm fireplace and sparkling tree.

Greg has one sister, who lives a few hours away. Katie has two brothers and one sister, who all live close by. We have 10 nephews and nieces ranging in ages from newborn - 14 years old. We love to be involved in their lives as much as possible. Katie's parents and grandparents live close by as well, and we often meet for dinner or even spend the weekends at each other’s homes. Greg's mother lives a few hours away and we try to plan as many visits each year as we can. Two years ago, we started a fun new tradition of going on a family cruise with Greg’s mother. Our families are so excited we are expanding our family. We can't wait to start making new memories with a baby of our own.

Our names are Katie and Greg. We have been together for 20 years and married for 16 years. We are a fun-loving, extremely family-oriented couple who loves life! We are truly the best of friends and we can’t imagine living a day without one another.

We would describe ourselves as fun, playful, loving, and adventurous. We love traveling and can’t wait to have those experiences as a family. We love playing with our four dogs. We have three Pugs and an English Bulldog. We love taking them on walks and spending time with them cuddling on the sofa. We both enjoy reading, playing board games, watching football, and entertaining family and friends. We can’t wait to be the parents cheering for their child on the sidelines at a game, or helping out at their school. We want to be involved in all aspects of their life.

Since the day we were married, we’ve dreamed of having a large family. Adoption was always a part of our plan, as Katie’s best friend is adopted, and we thought it would be a beautiful way to expand our family. At the time, we didn’t realize adoption would be the only way we would be able to have children. After many years of infertility and miscarriages, we decided to move forward with our adoption plan. We do not need to have biological children to be parents, we need a child to love and provide for. However, we can’t do this alone, we need your help to fulfill our dreams of adding a baby to our family.

We promise to raise your child with love, patience, and compassion. We will provide for them unselfishly, celebrate their accomplishments, and love them unconditionally. We will provide a quality education for them and we will present them with many opportunities to explore whatever their interests or passions may be in life. We will instill confidence in them, teach them to dream big, and always follow their dreams. We promise to love them every second of every day.

If you choose us, your child will always know the special way our families are connected. We are happy to share updates with you through pictures, letters, and emails, if that is something you wish. We will always be open and honest with our child in regards to their birth story. We want them to know what an amazing gift you gave to us, that no one else could. For that gift, we are eternally grateful.
